Booking/cancellation Policy
All new keratin bond, tape in & nano bead installations require a consultation prior to booking
A deposit is required to book the service, the remaining balance is due the day of the service.
ALL Deposits are Non-Refundable, if you need to reschedule your appointment please contact us immediately. Appointments can be rescheduled ONCE without penalty at anytime, afterward your appointment can be rescheduled at a fee of $50
If you are running late for your appointment, please contact us immediately, frequent lateness to appointments may result in late fees or increased deposits on future appointments
DEPOSIT AMOUNTS:
- all new extension installation appointments require a deposit of 50% of the total service cost
- reinstallation appointments require a deposit of $100
Returns & Refunds policy
CLIP IN HAIR EXTENSIONS:
- Clip Ins can be returned for a refund or store credit within 15 days provided the packaging is unopened & in original condition
- Famously Vain is not responsible for the shipping cost for any returned merchandise
- Famously Vain is not responsible for any items lost in transit during shipping
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
