Q: Do you offer mobile services?
A: Yes! Mobile services are available anywhere in the GTA. Additional travel fees will apply based on location, please contact for a quote!
Q: Do I need a consultation if I already know what service I want?
A: All first time clients must do a consultation, This is preferably done in person if possible, as its the only way I can guarantee a complete colour and texture match and assess how many grams of hair will be needed. I understand not everyone has the ability to attend an in person consult, in those cases consultations can be done via Facetime or Zoom call.
Q: Do you require a deposit to book?
A: ALL installation appointments are only booked/confirmed once a deposit is received. Deposit amounts are typically only $100-$200, depending on your installation requirements. Due to each set of extensions being made & paid for in advance and being custom for each client specifically. The full deposit amount will go towards the total cost of your service at the end of your appointment.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You can reschedule your appointment without forfeiting your deposit. However, the deposit is non-refundable. Please let me know as soon as possible in the event you need to reschedule as any repeated missed appointments and any appointment no show/no call will result in deposit forfeiture and potential re-booking fees.
